Constructional requirements

For photovoltaic systems, there are no uniform civil engineering requirements. Just as there are many different roofs, there are also many different ways of installing a PV-System. To realize the individual projects of our clients, we therefore choose the optimal solution (for example; northern roofs are not suitable for photovoltaic systems, and therefore excluded).

Installation

We develop and plan the photovoltaic systems in accordance with the latest technological developments. Furthermore, we assume the technical implementation of the plant and review the performance. We provide a comprehensive technical documentation for all our systems.

The yield of our plants

The respective efficiency of a photovoltaic system is dependent on the components used, as well as by inclination and orientation of the roof, as well as any shading. Per kilowatt peak (kWp) of installed capacity of the installed modules, we have, for example, assumed a yearly yield of about 850kWh in the Emsland region. The modules will deliver even after 25 years in use at least 80 percent of their rated power. This performance is guaranteed. In addition, 5% of the total costs of investment can be tax deducted every year for 20 years. And a PV-System owner is a business that is automatically eligible for a refund of the Input Tax (VAT) for the cost and installation of the whole PV-System.

Example

Emsland (Northwestern Germany) In our local region we assume about 850 kWh per year per kWp. A 30 kW plant, according gives 25,500 kWh per year. The payment is guaranteed over a period of 20 years. For a 30 kWp system, which goes on line in 2010, the calculation is: 25,500 kWh / year x € 0,3957 per kWh x 20 years is € 201.807,00. When calculating the first year of implementation is not included, but additionally charged with the appropriate compensation rate.
